By accessing or using NotaryExamPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NotaryExamPro is a supplemental study and exam preparation tool for the California, Texas, New York and Pennsylvania notary public exams. The Service includes study guides, AI-generated practice quizzes, practice exams, text-to-speech audio, an AI tutor chat, and progress tracking.
NotaryExamPro is NOT a state-approved notary education course. Some states require approved notary education before you can sit for the exam; California, for example, requires a separate 6-hour state-approved course, and Pennsylvania requires a 3-hour approved course. NotaryExamPro is designed to be used alongside or after any education your state requires to help you prepare for and pass your state's exam.
NotaryExamPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the California Secretary of State, the Texas Secretary of State, the New York Department of State, the Pennsylvania Department of State, or any other government agency.
You must sign in with a Google account or with a code sent to your email address to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and of the email account you sign in with. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
NotaryExamPro offers a one-time payment of $49 USD for lifetime access to the Service. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Service continues to operate. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except under the Pass Guarantee described below.
The Pass Guarantee applies to the state exam you are preparing for: California, Texas, New York or Pennsylvania. If you complete the full study guide for that state (all of that state's chapters marked as read) and score 80% or higher on at least 3 full practice exams for that state, and you subsequently fail that state's notary public exam, you are eligible for a full refund. Quiz questions, practice exam questions, and AI Tutor responses are generated using artificial intelligence. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy based on official sources (the California Notary Public Handbook, Texas Government Code Chapter 406 and the Texas Secretary of State's notary materials, the New York Department of State's Notary Public License Law, and Pennsylvania's Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts and Department of State notary materials), AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors.
You should always verify important information with the official publications of your state's notary commissioning agency. NotaryExamPro is a study aid, not a definitive legal reference.
The Service provides educational content for exam preparation only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice. For legal questions about specific notarial acts or situations, consult a licensed attorney.
All content, design, and technology of NotaryExamPro are owned by NotaryExamPro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without prior written consent.
Study guide content is based on publicly available state laws and official notary publications. Statute references are to the law of the state each chapter covers.

NotaryExamPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will pass any notary public exam. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide at least 90 days' notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
