By accessing or using NotaryExamPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NotaryExamPro is a supplemental study and exam preparation tool for the California notary public exam. The Service includes study guides, AI-generated practice quizzes, practice exams, text-to-speech audio, an AI tutor chat, and progress tracking.
NotaryExamPro is NOT a state-approved notary education course. California requires a separate 6-hour state-approved education course before you can sit for the exam. NotaryExamPro is designed to be used after completing your required education to help you prepare for and pass the exam.
NotaryExamPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the California Secretary of State or any state government agency.
You must sign in using a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
NotaryExamPro offers a one-time payment of $49 USD for lifetime access to the Service. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Service continues to operate. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except under the Pass Guarantee described below.
If you complete the full study guide (all 19 chapters marked as read) and score 80% or higher on at least 3 full practice exams, and you subsequently fail the California notary public exam, you are eligible for a full refund. To claim the guarantee, you must:

NotaryExamPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will pass the California notary public exam. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($49 USD).
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide at least 90 days' notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
